PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PELATIHAN INOVATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI KADER POSYANDU MELALUI SEKOLAH KADER

Kompetensi kader posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan kegiatan Posyandu, termasuk edukasi Masyarakat. Kader posyandu berperan pemberi layanan dan dukungan utama bagi masyarakat, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi kader posyandu dan faktor utama yang berpengaruh. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one-group pretest-post test reseach design. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei ketrampilan dan wawancara dengan kader dan pelaksanaan test. Sekolah kader dilaksanakan selama 10 bulan dengan total 20 pertemuan tatap muka dan praktek di posyandu. Penelitian dilakukan di dusun Soka, Seloharjo, Pundong, Bantul yang melibatkan 24 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan spearman rank. Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan sosial memberikan kontribusi 0,846 terhadap kompetensi kader, dukungan organisasi memberikan kontribusi 0,682 terhadap kompetensi kader dan supervisi memberikan kontribusi 0,835 terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kader. Pelatihan kader posyandu secara positif mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dalam melaksanakan kegiatan posyandu. Faktor supervisi, dukungan organisasional, dan lingkungan sosial mempengaruhi efektivitas peningkatan kompetensi kader posyandu.
